Buenos Aires, March 25 (NA) – A body was found floating in the Puerto Madero neighborhood, and officers from the Naval Prefecture are working at the scene. Police sources informed the Argentine News Agency that the body was discovered in Dock No. 3, located at Cecilia Grierson 222, between Olga Cossentini and Pierina Dialessi. It is believed to be a person around 60 years of age. A few minutes after 5 PM, the body was removed in a van as it was to be taken to the judicial morgue to carry out the corresponding identification. Meanwhile, the area has been secured and closed to traffic to advance the investigation. Sources close to the incident indicated that the National Prosecutor's Office in Criminal and Correctional No. 53, headed by Viviana Saa, has taken charge. Personnel from the Argentine Naval Prefecture and the City Police worked in the area, while the first alert was received by SAME, which made two ambulances available, as detailed by Alberto Crescenti, head of the entity.
The expert stated, in television statements: “Unfortunately, we had to confirm his death. It is a man of approximately 60 years old”.
